A 400 sq. yds. plot area, with a construction of 250 sq. yds. with 3 bedrooms, a workspace, kitchen, living and dining area over and above a beautiful semi covered terrace which is the social space. It honours the ancient wisdom of vaastu. It blends the modern living style of compact yet spacious living. Thereby lending quick and easy maintenance and enabling natural views and comfort around the house.
The house distinguishes itself from typical house forms in many ways.
The skylights in the centre of the house bathes the living spaces with light and connects the house to the sky .
The entrance steps are a welcome sign. A transition from the outside world to the inside world, it encourages one to sit on them like an open living room, so you just don’t have to always spend your family time in the living room.
