This Ancient Palace is one of its kind structure in Mount Abu with a magnificient Wood Frame facade builit by the king of Bharatpur 160 years before. Later With the change of Ownership It was Named Sunrise Palace as its Facade is facing the beautiful sunrise .
The scope entrusted to us was a very challenging as the property was unattended for more than a decade and the premises was absolutely neglected by the managment. The owner realised to restore the same in a very minimal budget to start with , so that the hotel could start generating revenue and upkeep its maintainance and staff .
As the scale of the building was so large and the wooden facade had to be protected, The focus was more of restoring and ensuring long life of the wooden facade . Rooms and utilities were refurbished and lighting was done to suit the grandure of the place .
