The client, a young software engineer was willing to develop a bungalow for his joint family.
The design is about connectivity of inside outside space with air & ventilation. The upper floor too has a terrace & balcony accessible from first floor.
The stair connecting the ground and first floor is made from interlocking modular steel pipes, designed specifically to fit easily like lego toys.
The stair interlocking modules were brought at last and fitted very easily. All levels match the finish floor levels and it is a curved modular stair aligned with the circular structure.
