Sankheshwar is 120 kms from the city of Ahmedabad, along the tropic of cancer.

The site belongs to the religious town of Sankheshwar popular for its ancient Jain temple. The developers intend to develop a unique project to provide comfortable stay and spiritual environment with the blessings of the saints.

The concept was to provide economically viable, sustainable, self owned units which the company would maintain 24 x7. The units would be fully furnished and fitted with all modern equipments for comfort.

Because of the extreme climatic conditions we designed dense built up with narrow spaces and shaded corridors so that the light is kept as low as possible. The courtyards are interconnected and the buildings are also connected to create shaded areas during day time.
